That's Scrap Inc N'titled Memberships Commercial Use Policy

N'titled Memberships sold exclusively at That's Scrap Inc are accompanied by a License for Limited Commercial Use. This license is available for small or home businesses, such as photographers, scrap-for-hire, card makers, eBay sellers, Etsy users, etc. This license is not intended for large businesses, distributors, wholesale entities or corporate enterprise. If you have purchased an Ntitled Membership and intend to use the content for commercial purposes, please review the Terms of Use agreement below. These Terms are subject to change without notification.

TERMS

YOU MAY:

  • Use N'titled content in your photography and/or home/small business to create custom cards, layouts, framed art, etc. for your clients provided they only receive final flattened versions of the product (i.e. no psd files, no vector, digital or digitally transferred product, no individual papers or elements, etc.).
  • Create custom books, menus, flyers, layouts, page kits, class projects, displays, cards or media such as a school year book or sports team album, where interested parties pay any amount of money for their own copies, whether you profit from it or not. Your license number (the order number at That's Scrap Inc, found on the invoice describing your initial purchase) and Thatsscrapinc.com must be placed somewhere on the finished product.
  • Post samples of your creations on websites, stores, galleries, or portfolios for the purpose of previewing finished products.
  • Use the graphics individually or in combination with other elements incorporated to create physical projects displayed for sale online as long as you display your order number/license and acknowledge Thatsscrapinc.com where the image appears. That's Scrap Inc provides a variety of ways to make this easy for you, or can provide graphics which you can insert easily to any online page. TSI or participating designers may reciprocate links at their discretion.
  • Use these graphics to produce physical products to sell on eBay, in stores, on blogs or auction sites provided that credit to http://www.thatsscrapinc.com and your order number appears on the item for sale.

YOU MAY NOT:

  • Distribute these products in any digital form except for the uses defined above.
  • Claim these graphics as your own either in their original state, or in altered or derivative states.
  • Distribute these graphics in any format except for the uses defined above.
  • Distribute templates, cards, albums, invites, quickpages, etc. with these graphics to sell on any CD, website, eBay or in any DIGITAL form which circumvents physical handling.
  • Distribute content from the N'titled Membership files for free or for sale in any digital medium or create your own digital kit from the graphics to sell.
  • Produce projects for mass production or distribution without specific written permission from That's Scrap Inc and the individual designer who retains the original license. This license allows for small business use only.
  • Share these files with friends, family, etc. Please direct them to ThatsScrapInc.com to purchase their own license.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall That's Scrap Inc or its contractors and suppliers be responsible for any damages or losses that result from the use of or inability to use these graphics or documentation.

That's Scrap Inc provides the following resources which can be printed easily on labels, graphics which can be displayed, or HTML code which can be copied and pasted to comply with the terms of this agreement.
